How high are the shipping costs?
We can offer to you for many countries including Germany an all-inclusive standard shipping price per order for all articles which are not marked as a bulky item. It does not matter how many items you order. You pay for each order only once the all-inclusive standard shipping price. Unfortunately, bulky items cannot be dispatched via standard shipping. Bulky items are products which are longer than 200 cm, in the extent greater than 300 cm or heavier than 30 kg. You find details of the shipping costs here.
In which countries shipping is available?
We deliver to all countries of the world. For many countries we offer an all-inclusive standard shipping. The shipping costs to all countries that are not listed here have to be calculated individually.
How long will my order take?
The goods are delivered immediately after order entrance or payment entrance (with bank transfer in advance, credit card and SOFORT banking). The delivery times are depending on the delivery address. Standard deliveries within Germany are generally 1-3 days, within the EU 3-5 days and in all other countries of the world 1 - 5 days.
Where is my parcel?
As soon as the ordered items leave our house with standard shipping you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link from our logistic partner.
My package has not come yet – what should I do?
If you still have not received your order after several days, we would like to ask you to get in contact with our customer service email@example.com Then we will immediately check what has happened to the parcel and inform you about a replacement delivery.
Is my order insured?
All parcels which leave our house are insured. The costs of shipping insurance are already included in the shipping costs.
What happens in a case of damage?
If you notice a transport damage, please complain this immediately to the delivery agent. Afterwards please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org soon as possible. This helps us to make our own claims against our logistic partners or the transport insurance company.
How can I pay my order?
You can pay your order by credit card, PayPal, SOFORT banking, cash on delivery (only Germany) and bank transfer in advance. For your safety, the input data will be sent directly to the relevant pages of the payment provider. All data are encrypted by SSL.
I cannot find an item - what can I do?
If you cannot find an article in our extensive offer, please send a short e-mail to email@example.com or simply call us under +49 (0) 2932 – 900 450.
Can I order gift coupons in the shop?
You can buy gift coupons in our shop. Please choose the required amount of the gift coupon, put it into the shopping basket and follow the order instructions. After successful payment you will get an e-mail with the gift coupon code and a PDF file for printing a gift coupon. Gift coupons can be redeemed in the online shop only.
How can I redeem gift coupons?
The gift coupons which you can order in the shop can be redeemed only in the online shop for the purchase of spare parts. They cannot be used for the purchase of further gift coupons.
The credit of a gift coupon is paid neither in cash, nor is paid interest. The redemption of a gift coupon can only be done before the end of the order process. An additional settlement is not possible. The goods value must correspond at least to the amount of the gift coupon. For administrative reasons it is not possible to refund a rest credit. If the credit of the gift coupon is not sufficient for the order, the difference can be compensated with the available payment options. Per order only one gift coupon can be redeemed.
We assume no liability for loss, theft or illegibility of gift coupons or write errors in the e-mail address of the gift coupon receiver. The gift coupon is transferable. Copying, editing or manipulating of the gift coupons is not allowed.
How can I subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter?
You can conveniently use our customer login. After the registration you will receive a confirmation email with the link to finalize registration. The cancellation can be done via your account as well as via the link in the newsletter.
